We developed  prevention programs in Burkina Faso in collaboration with a local NGO ARFORD (Association for Research, training and development, led by Salam Kouraogo). This program is still ongoing and successful in reducing the number of fistula in the area around Boromo. We are starting now a new program in Togo in collaboration with the NGO Horizon-development.
