On February 14, 2023, our annual dinner was held, as usual, at the Auberge St Gabriel in Montreal. Thanks to the boundless energy and tenacity of Michèle Boisvert and Jean-Benoit Hinse, the event was a great success.
Ninety guests enjoyed the exceptional menu concocted by chef Ricardo Bertolino and a selection of rare wines chosen by sommelier Isabelle Bordeleau. The entertainment provided by the brilliant Florence K and the dynamic DJ Martin Poitras made this festive evening another event our guests will remember.
Thanks to all for braving the cold, and to our sponsors (particularly Marc Bollay from Auberge St Gabriel), for their repeated and much-needed presence. Profits from the evening completely covered our expenses for the spring mission to Togo.
